Join us for a Yin & Pin workshop-- a combination of yin yoga and Chinese medicine and acupuncture. In this workshop participants will tap into their energetic meridians to release stress and support their nervous system.
This workshop is part experiential and part educational. Participants will have the option to experience acupuncture needling if they desire along the outer ear (stress relief points) while laying in supported yin yoga postures.

Join a beginner chanting workshop the first Friday of the month through the spring! This is a call and response workshop where participants respond as a group and learn how to raise their vocal vibration. The reverberation of the group chanting moves to the center of the circle and washes through participants just like a crystal bowl sound bath. It is an experience not to be missed! Lead by Sri Devi, who has studied the power of vibration from renown Indian teachers, Sri brings a wealth of knowledge and excitement for sharing the power of chanting.

This Aerial Yin Yoga teacher training will provide you with the tools to safely and confidently instruct and share the benefits of Aerial Yin Yoga. You will gain a foundational understanding of yin yoga in the aerial hammocks and aerial yin yoga specific considerations and sequencing. Our training emphasizes safety and fun with clear, concise cueing and sequencing. You must have your Aerial Level One certification to take this training.Click here for more details.
Join us for a luxurious Mother’s Day "sound bath" workshop honoring the divine feminine within us all. Participants lay in restful postures and allow the vibrations of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments to wash over them. Invite your nervous system to slow down and ease into the energy of the season. Participants lay supported by props in a comfortable position while the vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments help harmonize the emotional and energetic body. No experience necessary.

This workshop integrates the calming practice of restorative yoga with the transformative principles of Mindful Self-Compassion. It is designed to help participants become more mindful of their inner experiences, reduce self-judgment, and foster a loving, supportive relationship with themselves.
Be guided into gentle, supportive yoga postures designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and alleviate stress while being guided through self-compassion meditation practices.
