Participants Will:

  • Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and re-grounded

  • Don’t need to be ‘outdoorsy’ or have a paddleboard

  • Only need to take a weekend off

  • Often come by themselves

  • Don't need to be 'yoga experts' or have done SUP yoga before

Give yourself a relaxing weekend in Rangeley, exploring the lakes on guided Paddleboard adventures, breath deeply while practicing yoga in nature, bask in aromatherapy, all while enjoying the comfort of a bed at night in a classic Maine cabin and food by our own personal retreat chef.

Join us for a 2-night, 3-day retreat that combines adventures of the body (Stand-Up-Paddle-Boarding) with adventures of the soul (yoga twice a day, aromatherapy, meditation and relaxation). All are welcome—come reground & renew! Registration closes July 18.

"SUP Yoga improves balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness! Is it challenging? Yes! If you can stand on two feet, odds are you can stand on a paddleboard! This is a great way to challenge yourself to try something new without having to worry about getting hurt. If you fall off, the water will catch you!" ~Ashley Flowers

Each day, we facilitate 2-3 yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day practice and a restorative, relaxing evening practice. We also tailor our yoga practice to complement the season and our outdoor activities. Click here for a sample menu!

Cost: $685 before July 1, $785 after.
