Restore You Core Workshop

Deepen your connection to the strength and dynamic function of your core in this workshop! There is a better way to access your core than doing endless crunches and squeezing your abs. Join Restore Your Core® teacher Katy McCann to learn tools and techniques for training your whole core system to move with you, to support you – on and off the mat. 

In this workshop you’ll be guided through slow, strong, exploratory moves; uncovering your unique movement patterns; and learning strategies to move with more ease, and less pain and stickiness. This workshop is for anyone who wants to move well and exercise with better results and also for those who deal with incontinence, prolapse, back pain, SI joint issues and diastasis recti.

Katy is a movement teacher who specializes in helping folks restore optimal core and pelvic floor function. Her mission is to teach people how to truly listen to their bodies and then to heed the messages they are offered. She has extensive training in Restore Your Core® methods, Restorative Exercise®, yoga, Pilates, Reiki and is a Thai Yoga bodywork practitioner.
