This workshop integrates the calming practice of restorative yoga with the transformative principles of Mindful Self-Compassion. It is designed to help participants become more mindful of their inner experiences, reduce self-judgment, and foster a loving, supportive relationship with themselves.

Be guided into gentle, supportive yoga postures designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and alleviate stress while being guided through self-compassion meditation practices.
