This workshop is designed as an introduction to Qigong–working with your vital energy, or Qi, using movement, breath work, visualization and meditation. Qigong is similar to yoga, but is based on Qi movement with slow movements, breath and visualization. Some basic aspects of Chinese medicine theory will be shared as well to create a better understanding of how we can use Qigong to heal ourselves and come to a place of harmony with the cycles of nature and the world around us.
All are welcome, this workshop is suitable for all levels and all bodies.
