This class is appropriate for ages 11-15 depending on your child. Growing up in this fast-paced, over-scheduled world can be stressful, and kids of all ages (especially tweens and teens) need tools to counteract their stress. In this class, tweens and teens will explore yoga poses, partner poses, and some restorative practices that they replicate easily at home on their own. We will also explore mindful breathing techniques for both invigorating their minds and finding an inner calm.
