Retreat Cancellation Policy
It is our intention for you to be able to safely and happily attend your Retreat. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into preparing for a retreat, no refunds will be provided after 48 hours of your purchase. If you purchase within 4 weeks of the registration closing this 48 hour window does not apply and no refunds will be provided. We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to injury or illness, including covid. If you are concerned about canceling due to illness we recommend you take precautions like wearing a face mask prior to your retreat to help prevent needing to cancel due to illness. Please do let us know if you need to cancel and we may be able to look for a replacement and provide a partial credit toward another retreat.
Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for your payment for any of the Retreats. In the event that the retreat is canceled by Forever Wild Yoga LLC a full refund or credit will be issued to you.
Retreat Cancelling Due To Weather
If your retreat is canceled or rescheduled by us due to weather conditions you will have the option of receiving full credit toward any retreat of equal value within the next year or a 50% refund. We generally do not cancel retreats due to weather. Experiencing the elements is part of the experience of an outdoor retreat and we will help you properly prepare for weather conditions. If you cancel due to weather our cancellation policy above applies. We suggest you leave time around the retreat start date to arrive the night before if you are traveling from afar and worried about driving conditions in the winter months. (If you arrive the night before your retreat start date you are responsible for finding your own accommodations.)
Training Cancellation Policy
It is our intention for you to be able to safely and happily attend your Training. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into preparing for a training, all training fees are non-refundable. However, if we are able to find a replacement for your spot in the training, you will have the option of being refunded or applying your credit toward a future Teacher Training.
A deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the start of training.
We do not offer training refunds for cancellations due to illness, including covid. If you are concerned about canceling due to illness we recommend you take precautions like wearing a face mask prior to your training to help prevent needing to cancel due to illness.
Studio Cancelation Policy
Please cancel your class as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to class.
You may cancel your reserved spot in class by logging in to punchpass, clicking the class you signed up for and clicking ‘move or cancel reservation’.
A 12-hour cancellation notice is required or you will be charged for the class. If you are feeling sick prior to class please cancel your reservation and email us. We will waive class cancellation charges due to unforeseen illness.
Studio Winter Weather Policy: If local schools have a snowday the studio will also be closed so everyone can stay off the roads and stay safe. The schedule will show that the class is canceled and if you have signed up for the class you will also get an email notification. If the studio is closed or we cancel a class you will be refunded in full.
Online Program Cancellation Policy
It is our intention for you to be happy with your Program. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing the Program, no refunds will be provided. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of the Program at any time.
