Yoga Nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a meditative practice that invites a deep state of physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. In this workshop you will be guided into the dreamlike space between sleep and wakefulness— into a state of deep relaxation where breathing and thoughts are slowed while laying in an aerial hammock-gently swaying and cocooned just above the ground.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners and all levels. One hour of this practice is equivalent to 4 hours of regular sleep and helps lower stress, improve mental clarity, and increase energy.
